At just 21 years old, I became a Farmers Insurance agent and spent the next 13 years building my agency from the ground up. Through dedication, leadership, and proven systems, I successfully grew and later sold my agency as a thriving book of business. That experience gave me firsthand knowledge of what it truly takes to build, scale, and sustain a successful insurance agency.

After selling my agency, I transitioned into the district office side of the business, where I spent the next 8 years helping recruit, train, mentor, and develop agents. From onboarding new producers to coaching high-performing agencies, I worked closely with agents at every stage of their journey, helping them implement strategies, build systems, increase production, and grow with confidence.

Those 20+ years on both sides of the business, as both an agency owner and an agency developer, gave me a unique perspective that most coaches simply do not have. I understand the challenges agents face because I have lived them myself. I know what works, what does not, and how powerful the right mindset, systems, and support can be when building a successful business.

Today, through Agency Ascend Academy, my passion is helping agents shorten the learning curve, avoid costly mistakes, and build businesses they are proud of. I believe there is an incredible opportunity in this industry to change lives, create financial freedom, and build meaningful careers, and I remain unapologetically agent-focused in everything I do.
